MCS or the Mustang Cable System is a Time Warner Communications educational access cable channel in Friendswood, Texas.

MCS is broadcasted from the Friendswood High School Media Technology Department.

Our Teacher, The Emmy Nominated Mr. John Dawson

Mr. Dawson heads the Media Technology Department and is the Executive Producer of our Morning Announcements broadcast, Word Update.

Word Update is broadcasted on our school's closed circuit cable network everyday at the beginning of second period. The show is broadcasted live from the MCS Studios.
